A local partner in caring for your home. We work with you to keep track of the little things, spot concerns early, and make a plan for the work your home needs. Whether you live here full time or visit seasonally, you’ll have someone who knows your property and cares for it like it’s our own.

Bronze Plan ~ $119

  • A reliable set of eyes on your home

  • Monthly visits to walk through accessible areas

  • Inspect for visible signs of leaks, damage, or other concerns

  • Check doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, and heating settings

  • Brief update after each visit with photos and recommendations

  • Bronze plan is a good fit for regular oversight and a trusted contact when something needs attention

  • Repairs and hands-on maintenance can be scheduled separately

How the membership works

Scheduled visits include a visual check of accessible areas and a written or photo update. Maintenance labor covers agreed-upon tasks within the included time; materials, specialty trades, larger projects, snow removal, and work beyond the included hours are quoted or billed separately. Additional standard labor starts at $75 per hour. Visits and coordination time are scheduled in advance and do not roll over. Pricing assumes one home within Rustic Roots’ regular North Lake Tahoe service area; property size, location, and specific needs may affect the final quote.

Winter Snow Care Add-On

Local help when Tahoe winter arrives. Add Winter Snow Care to any Rustic Roots membership for $99 per month from November through April. We’ll work with you to identify the areas that matter most—such as your entry, walkways, stairs, deck, and driveway—and agree on when you’d like us to clear them.

Winter members receive priority placement on our snow service schedule and updates when work is completed. During home visits, we’ll also watch for snow and ice concerns and let you know when an area may need attention.

Snow clearing is billed when performed, starting at $175 per visit. Larger jobs are billed according to the crew, equipment, and time required. We’ll review your property and provide a clear service plan and driveway quote before the season begins.

Snow removal depends on storm conditions, road access, and crew availability. Roof snow removal, hauling snow off-site, and specialized ice removal are quoted separately.

Silver Plan ~ $229

  • Regular check-ins with time to take care of the small stuff

  • Silver includes everything in Bronze

  • Two scheduled visits each month

  • One hour of hands-on maintenance labor per month, usable for agreed-upon tasks such as:

    • Replacing owner-supplied filters

    • Adjusting hardware

    • Handling minor repairs

  • Seasonal review of your home’s needs

  • Up to one hour per month coordinating an approved contractor, service appointment, or delivery

  • Designed for homeowners who want help turning a growing to-do list into a manageable plan

Gold Plan ~ $399

  • More frequent attention and a closer working relationship

  • Four scheduled visits each month (Gold plan)

  • Two hours of hands-on maintenance labor per month

  • Up to two hours of coordination with approved contractors, deliveries, or other home service providers per month

  • Ongoing priority list maintained with you

  • Visit updates shared after each visit

  • Seasonal work planning to address needs before they become urgent
