Get a local point of contact who knows your home. We provide scheduled home care walkthroughs, photo updates, maintenance planning, and help coordinating approved service appointments and deliveries. Bronze, Silver, and Gold memberships offer different visit frequencies and levels of hands-on support.

When you’re away, we can visit your home to check accessible areas for visible changes, look for signs of leaks or storm damage, confirm agreed-upon heating settings, and report back with photos. We’ll follow a visit routine built around your property and your instructions.

• Seasonal Home Care

Tahoe homes need attention as the seasons change. We can help you create a plan for winter preparation, spring cleanup, and the small upkeep tasks that are easy to put off. During scheduled visits, we’ll point out concerns and help you decide what to address next.

• Snow Removal

Keep agreed-upon walkways, entries, stairs, decks, and other accessible areas usable during winter. Snow service is available through our Winter Snow Care add-on, with each clearing billed separately. We review driveway needs and pricing individually based on the property.
